 Tien Huynh
founder, Huynh Investments

  Tien Huynh

Huynh Investments

If Tien Huynh were to become his own brand, “fueled by challenge” would be an appropriate tagline. This smart and tenacious serial entrepreneur, whose successful businesses span from automotive and investments to fashion and fitness, knows how to turn adversity into opportunity.

Tien’s strong work ethic was instilled by his parents, who in 1980, narrowly escaped Vietnam to build a better life for their family. Yet, throughout elementary school and into high school, Tien was faced with great adversity and loss. He consciously decided that he would not let his suffering define his life. Around this time, Tien enrolled in YE, and the class provided the knowledge and skills to funnel his pain into purpose.

YE sparked a passion for entrepreneurship, unveiling possibilities Tien had never thought of. That passion, combined with his work ethic, propelled him through college, into his first business startup, and that momentum keeps on rolling. Today, Tien is determined to inspire others to the kind of success he has achieved. The Wichita State University graduate, husband and father gives back by sharing his knowledge and inspiration with students, up and coming entrepreneurs and his local business community.
